Pets Are Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply. Limit of 2 pets per home. Monthly pet rent of $50 will be charged per pet under 50 pounds. Monthly pet rent of $70 will be charged per pet over 50 pounds. The pet deposit is $300 per pet. The non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet.
